Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist with reconciling bank statements, vendor statements, and customer accounts
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation
  • File, scan, and archive accounting and financial documents
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting records
  • Assist with month-end close preparation and reporting tasks
  • Support audits by gathering requested documentation
  • Perform general clerical duties such as correspondence, copying, and data maintenance
  • Assist with special projects and other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
